letter extension I761
hey yall. I know we can't compare our case with others but everybody I know in I761 group is saying there is something wrong with my Removal because it's been too long. they received on February 13th and so far not an update. when should I expect to receive letter for extension? yes, they sent me a receipt they receive my money order. people are saying should not take more than 2 weeks and I am freaking out.
Finally a citizen
Just passed my citizenship interview. oath ceremony is in 30 minutes (same day). had two cases, green card case was waived right away because I had a lot of evidences, so officer had no questions. you read one sentence on the tablet “Who lives in the White House?” and then they ask you to write one sentence “The President lives in the White House”. After that they ask you questions about history, I answered 6 and she stopped. asked some questions about my application. approved both cases and scheduled an oath ceremony. yay!! good luck to you all!!
Expedite Request EAD
hi,
This morning, I requested expedite EAD, 30 minutes after submitting it I got a response to my USCIS portal saying that after reviewing my request they find more appropriate to forward it to the the officer processing it at the NBC.
Anyone experiencing something similar ? I would like to learn a bit more not sure what’s the meaning of that.

Date might become current in April 2024. Next steps?
Hi,
My date will become current from 1st April 2024 onwards. I applied I-485 in Decmber 2022, and went into CRP from November 2023 onwards. I really want to leverage this EB1 movement in April VB, and get some results on I485 pending application. What are few things i can do get USCIS's attention
1. Ping emma again and again?
2. create a SR? --> i may have to wait for 60 days for them to act on this, during which dates may move back again
3. Contact my congressman?
has anyone had luck with any of these? Any other options that I can try?
