my wife is US citizen
till now I485 I130 still under review since March with no rfe requested
my case was transferred to local office
currently my wife is pregnant and due date is july
and will move out of state by end of june
is there a way to expedite my case
should i do expedite request
should i upload the ultrasound image of the baby on Uscis account as a evidence
i really want to avoid moving my case to a different state
anyhelp will be appreciated
it is really stressful for me and don’t know what to do

pero tengo una duda que ojalá usteds puedan ayudarme ..La casilla en la parte de abajo de la hoja dice parole stamp .Pero la casilla está vacía eso es Normal o tiene que estara sellada antes de yo.salir del país gracias

today was my marriage residency interview
It was a little longer than usual because I had a new officer. but the questions were very basic, I brought too much evidence and they didn't ask me about them, but the rest was fine. He told me that he approved my I-130 but that he wanted his supervisor to review the I-485 since he is new but he didn't tell me. worried that everything was fine and there was no reason to disapprove🫶🏻🙏

I 131 & I 765 Renewal
Good Morning Family, how long are they taking to renew the above documents. I submitted renewal under C09 Category but for some reason both receipt number start with EAC vs IO like the initial ones. Anyone may know why? How to get the combo card vs two separate documents? Thanks for any feedback!
