Updating USCIS of my citizenship on a pending I-130 application
Hello everyone,
I filled for my husband in May 2022 as a permanent Resident (GC) and last month I became a US citizen. How do I inform USCIS of my change of status and hence move my husband's case forward?
please if you have any experience with this I will appreciate your input.

I-485 processing time for EB2-NIW (ROW)
To have an idea about green card processing time for EB2-NIW category, can you please share about your pending or approved green cards?
My I-485, I-765, I-131 submitted March 29, 2024, PD, June 2022. At NBC MSC249063xxxx.

I got married with a Green Card Holder back in July 2022. my priority date is August 2022.
my I-130 interview was in May and approved in June. My I -485 status is “We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application.” In July 2023 my wife became a US citizen and I realize just now that they are processing my I-485 as GC not US citizen, so I sent a notification to immigration to ask to upgrade my petition. Does anyone here experience the same?
Didn't Got receiving letter for 131 and 485
Hi family i applied for I 360, 485, 131 and 765 Concurrently on July 3rd, this year. I got 2 letters from Uscis that they received Application for EAD and 360. But they Didn't sent me Receiving letter for 131 or 485. Is it normal or They will send me separately later. #vawa #i485 #i360 #i765
