them F1 &F2 for my husband ( change of status)
he applied to Eb2-niw we got an approval I140
we received a I-185 - denied notice ( because I filled before I got an approval for my I-140) we filled all the forms together. my entire mistake :( ...
when I got my work permit my school allow me to closed the school because I have a I-485 filled and my I-140 approved.
I have appointments next week for lawyers. But I want to know if that's possible to refile the I-485 form.
am I right now in an illegal presence? (and I lost all my efforts) ;( so sad. really so sad 😭
