RFE on I-131 (AP)
Hey GC family, I’m here once more! Has anyone here received RFE on the I-131?? I had the AP already that was issued back in 2022, but it was due to expire in June this year, so in May I sent the forms to renew my combo card. I already received the EAD, but it came without the AP, and now they sent the RFE. I did leave the country after sending the renewal forms, but came back before the original AP expiration date. my I-140 has already been approved and I’m just waiting for the adjudication… I-485 status is case remains pending. another question is, why are they wasting time in AP, and just dont issue the GC instead? is there anything I can do to have them adjust my status instead? I have sent an inquiry on the 485 already but no resonses! thanks everyone!!
