HELP! about form I360
Hi friends, a question a bit confused when filling the from I360. Do you know that on I-360 form on first page, part 1, item 1 to 6, it says (NOTE: You must complete Part 1. As the petitioner if you are filing this petition on behalf of another person. If you are a VAWA self petitioner or, skip to Part 1 Item number 7. Does this mean I don’t have to fill item 1 to 6 (full name mailing address) as a self petitioner and I should start from number 7? Thanks.

Hi all! I’m finally greened :’)
i watched everyone around me get their greencards before me with their short timelines and felt so discouraged and sad.
i think what finally moved my case was contacting my representative! it’s been pending for 17 months and i had multiple inquiries nothing moved. I was ready to receive another automated message from USCIS to my representative BUT he actually put in the work to contact the director of the feild office my case was pending at (even though I didn’t give this info) and i think thats what moved the needle. i was sooooooo ready to file a WOM, i had 4 price qoutes from different lawyers.
alhamdullelah and i hope everyone gets approved soon.

es normal que te envíen un NOI or request of evidence en la actualización de la página , estoy confundido me pidieron evidencia de mis exámenes médicos en Enero los envié a los 9 días después y recibí el mensaje de evidencia recibida en octubre , y revisé mi caso y me salen 27 meses de espera después de estar a 0 meses , pero veo que en el la actualización que sale intent of NOI sera que no encontraban mis exámenes y el

Vawa approval under review
On December 15,2023 My I-360 was approved by USCIS online portal but I didn’t get the my approval Notice to my mail address that’s why today i contacted by Ema they replied me my I-360 is still under review.I applied my vawa together I-360,I-485 in January,2022.Do anyone has same situation please advise me .

PD date was May 24th of this year received rfe for biometrics and medical both were done and received my EAD however nothing was don’t on my case since I got the response for medical received. Check with Emma and was told my case was transferred to FO and a request for interview was made but still haven’t seen any update or heard anything seen that last update in July should I be worried. I am at the San Antonio field office now anyone here that has experience with them
djibouti medical exam
Hello, so my wife did a medical exam at Dr.Nikola a few days ago and today she went pick up the results. I heard people getting a sealed envelope but we didnt get that instead we got a paper and a CD for the xray I believe and told us that our result will be sent to the embassy electronically. Has anyone had their medical exam sent electronically? and is it fine not having the envelope?

Dallas lockbox delays
Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing delays in receiving receipt notifications from the Dallas lockbox. I sent my package on October 22nd, and it was delivered on October 24th. However, I haven’t received any updates yet.
