Has anyone else seen this? I am waiting for the notice to arrive but I couldn't find a lot of cases with this status update for i485 Eb1. Any help? #eb1 #i485

Asylee I-485 — Field Office or Asylum Office?

My asylum was approved in 2024, and my I-485 has been pending since November 20, 2024. Emma first told me my I-485 was transferred from NBC to the Boston Field Office. Today, another agent told me Asylum Office. Is it normal for an asylum-based I-485 to be with the Asylum Office, or should it normally be at a Field Office? Has anyone had the same experience?

Has anyone else noticed the spike in the Vawa petitions that are being worked on in last couple of days? I use to see 70-100 a day, today alone is 600 last time e checked.. Let’s hope they are back on working on our cases. 🙏

Hi all! On September 25, 2026, we issued a notice for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC23900. Please follow the instructions in the notice. I received this notification today. What could it be? USCIS received my medical exam on 12th August, 2026.

Any one scheduled for second interview?

I had my first interview back in 2023. And my case is current. My case just got updated saying case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. Anyone with similar experience?

officially hit a whole year since RFE

I applied i360 and i485 concurrently back in January 2022. Since then, I received a RFE last summer of 2025. The RFE was received back in September 2025. For background I am a woman. Married to a US citizen. I’am from Mexico and the RFE was regarding more evidence of abuse and good faith marriage. I submitted police reports that happen after my initial filing in 2022 more pictures of the abuse and also pictures of family trips and what not. as well as additional bills/health insurance that had both our names. Also, I have received multiple PF and currently have a 5 year EAD hopefully good news soon.

Hi, I am the dependent and I received a letter for biometrics again. Me and my spouse had done our biometrics in 2023 March 1, together. why did they send it to me only? edit the letter says the biometrics expired! but I see lot of people with old biometrics approved! also it did not show in tracker. they mailed the form. is that normal?
