November Visa Bulletin Predictions — Did October Scare Everyone Off?
Has anyone noticed that there haven’t been many predictions about the November Visa Bulletin lately?
Did October’s Visa Bulletin catch everyone so off guard that people are now hesitant to make predictions? 😅
I’m curious to hear what everyone thinks. Do you expect any movement in November, or do you think the dates will stay where they are for now?
Would love to hear your thoughts and predictions!

I think my marriage is over. Married almost three years. I will be filing alone for the I-751 and have to figure that out
Hy husband and I love each other very much. it is really coming to light that we might not work. We were getting ready to file jointly but I don’t think that will happen now. I now need to figure out how to file on my own. I am so sad and scared about doing this on my own. I just needed to…. talk and don’t have anyone to really talk to at 1:00am. please share any tips to filing I-751 on your own. Thank you 🙏 Sad time for me 🥺😢😫💔
I-751 wiver por divorcio
🇺🇸 ¡Aprobación verbal en mi entrevista I-751! 🎉
Case required uscis to send notice
I received updates September 26 last month case required uscis to send a notice/ we sent you a notice and I’m yet to receive the notice. Already called my lawyer twice last week and this week he said nothing in the mail. Anyone still waiting for their notice to arrive since September 26?
221(g) Refused
Hi, my husband interviewed on 8/11/26 for his IR-1 visa and put into 221(g) for a co-sponsor. We provided a co-sponsor on 8/12/26 and they also requested his passport with the co-sponsors documents. We took them direct to CAS in Juarez and our lawyer uploaded them into our CEAC portal. His medical exam came in on 8/19/26 and the final update was on 8/22/26. Has anyone heard anything that is in a similar situation as me? He has a 601-A waiver and we just provided a new police clearance. Also, if I purchase the Lawfully Pro, does it provide additional information regarding cases like mine, or just for those who are awaiting interviews or are in the beginning of the process? Thank you! #IR-1 #Imissmyhusband
Second job while pending I-485. Interview was done back in 2024
Hi!
I'm just curious to know if we are eligible to work for a second job (part-time/full time) keeping the sponsor job as full time.
What kind of job you working and would you recommend to do to be on a safe side.
What's you thought on doing white collar jobs?

¡Gracias!

Advice on filing Writ of Mandamus
I’m here again. I spoke to my lawyer today, and I’ve already explained my situation in my last post. If I proceed with my lawyer to file a writ of mandamus, he will charge $5,000 plus court fees of $405. This is a significant amount for me, considering that I’ve already spent more than this amount while filing my case for my marriage-based green card.
My lawyer informed me that after filing this writ of mandamus, USCIS must take action within 60 days. He plans to sue them if they fail to respond. He had already filed a pre-mandamus on August 2026 and gave them 60 days to respond.
The only change I’ve received on my I-130 is that USCIS is currently processing the case. On my I-485, I received a silent update about a FBI notice. That’s all the information I have.
Now, my lawyer is going to actually sue them. It’s just a lot to pay.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
