F2B 2025 visas data analysis
I did my research based on the publicly available data posted by USCIS at the beginning of 2026 for F2B category. So according to the data, USCIS is issuing or using only 46% of all available visas in F2B category and leaving the rest of it unused or transferring these unused visas to the employment category. The majority of recipients are coming from 3 countries: Dominican Republic, Mexico, Filipinos. There were only 2 F2B visas issued to Canada, 1 to Ukraine, 4 to India. and so on. I wanted to share with you this data and let you know that the visa you are waiting for is available but it is not being processed for whatever reason and it is your responsibility to call USCIS or submit a request to find out the status of your application.

Ella no quiso arreglar desde adentro de USA porque tiene un negocio y requiere estar en Mx. Tenemos 5 años de relación y año y medio casados. ¿creen que eso ayuda en el proceso? o se tardará igual 2.5 años?

“Interview cancelled and notice ordered”
Got an interview cancellation notice today for my I-485 (EB4) — case went straight to "Interview Cancelled And Notice Ordered," no new interview date given. I'm currently in active mandamus action (USCIS's answer is soon). Has anyone seen an interview get cancelled like this, and did it end up being a reschedule, a decision, or something else? A little worried here.
39 countries how much longer? 😔
This is really getting out of hand, justice for us on the 39 countries list, this is really really exhausting, after DQ in April, when I thought me and my wife were almost on the finish line, 75 countries ban was lifted and booom... Nigeria is among the 39 countries on ban, wahala no dey finished.
I keep asking do they know how much separating family can be painful?
