Case Processing
F2A minor Children
hello!!
Has anyone had any luck getting an expedite request approved for F2A minor children living abroad? One of the children has already turned 21 but is protected by the CSPA.

“Interview cancelled and notice ordered”
Got an interview cancellation notice today for my I-485 (EB4) — case went straight to "Interview Cancelled And Notice Ordered," no new interview date given. I'm currently in active mandamus action (USCIS's answer is soon). Has anyone seen an interview get cancelled like this, and did it end up being a reschedule, a decision, or something else? A little worried here.
39 countries how much longer? 😔
This is really getting out of hand, justice for us on the 39 countries list, this is really really exhausting, after DQ in April, when I thought me and my wife were almost on the finish line, 75 countries ban was lifted and booom... Nigeria is among the 39 countries on ban, wahala no dey finished.
I keep asking do they know how much separating family can be painful?
No updates on STEM OPT application
Hi everyone! I applied for my STEM OPT extension in April and completed my biometrics in early June, but I haven’t received any updates on my application yet. I’m currently working based on my receipt notice, which expires in December. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Have you received any updates recently?
Interview after WOM
Hello everyone,
My case was approved in May 2025, and after filing WOM, I was called for another interview. Do I need to get a new medical exam and attend the interview with my lawyer? Also, what kind of questions are usually asked during the interview?
Thank you so much in advance!
Got my H1B extension waiting for my wife's H4 extension
I had my H1B extension done with premium processing and I received the approval notice. Along with it we had also filed for my wife's H4 extension along with EAD. We have the receipt for it from USCIS and she is also done with her fingerprints. The current I94 (from current I797) expires on Nov 25, 2026. She is not currently working and I don't care much about the EAD. My question is since we have the receipt notice, can she stay in the US until her approval notice (which contains the new I97) is issued or does she have to leave the country by Nov 25? Leaving the country invalidates her H4 extension application, so I am assuming it is safe to stay in the US? Please suggest. Thanks.

VAWA medical
I have an approval vawa and I’m currently waiting on my I-485. I did an interview and submitted my medical in 2021 for my old case before converting to vawa. My question is, will Uscis request another medical and interview before making decision on new I-485 or they will be using the old ones submitted in 2021? Anyone familiar with case like this??
