F2A 2022-2023 cases
For F2A applicants from 2022–2023, it feels like we need to wait forever. I’m really fed up with this process. It doesn’t feel like they are processing cases in the order they received them.
People with 2025 cases who came on B1/B2 visas, got married to green card holders, and filed for adjustment are getting approved so quickly. Meanwhile, people from 2022–2023 with genuine marriages, clean records, and completed interviews are still waiting for a decision. if they don’t want to give us the green card yet, at least give us some decision. Even visa bulletin was current from last 1 year. Our whole life feels stuck because of this. We miss our families so much and cannot be there to support them physically during their difficult times. Really get exhausted day by day!
Why are so many Indians being denied VAWA?
Why are so many Indians getting denied AP and VAWA approval? Is it generally because they tend to file more cases due to the size of the population, or is there something else going on? I hate generalizing, and obviously I could just be noticing a pattern, but I keep seeing it and genuinely wonder what’s behind it.
Cases with dependent - PD Aug 2021
Both of our cases transferred to a non-local office 3 months ago. No updates since.
Only single applicants seems getting approved /receiving updates these days. Do you or know anyone with dependents have received any updates/rfe/medical or approval recently?

RFE submitted but not updated
I submitted my RFE which was delivered last Friday 08/14/2026 per the USPS tracking. The deadline for to submit is today 08/17/2026. USCIS has still not updated my case online and wondering how this is going to affect my case. Will they update the case to “RFE response received “ with the date the submission was delivered or the day they actually upload the case in the case which would be the after the deadline? Has anyone faced a similar situation or know how this work. I have contacted USCIS via their help center but they say they can’t tell if they submission has been received or not.
Need suggestions on my H1B case.
I have filed my petition for my H1B in June 2025 in general category and it has been in "processing" state for past 13 months and recently I've converted it to premium processing on July 31st and on August 12th I got an update saying that my premium processing has been stopped and they have sent notice regarding the concern. I haven't received the notice yet and when I spoke with the USCIS customer service they said they haven't drafted the notice yet and it has been almost four business days now, should I wait for it or can I do anything in my case?

hello my good friends I received NTA from court and master hearing is scheduled this month for my affirmative asylum application from back in 2017 and I have pending u visa application from year 2020 January and I received bona fide determination on my u visa application
so anybody have recently court with my same situation and what’s outcome ? I ask judge to administrative close on my case or terminate
I-130 August–October 2025 Approvals – Any Updates?
Hi everyone! Has anyone with an I-130 filed in August, September, or October 2025 received an approval recently?
My PD is October 17, 2025, IOE, Texas Service Center, and it has now been almost 10 months with no update.
I’d really appreciate it if anyone with a similar timeline could share their approval date or any recent update. Thank you! 🙏
