migración de caso MSC a Elis IOE

Hola! a alguien le pasó que le migraron el caso a Elis el sistema electrónico/online de uscis. Mi recibo era MSC con fecha del julio 2024. y a partir de octubre me enviaron este nuevo número de caso.. después de más de 800 días sin ninguna novedad!!! espero que esto haga que el caso se agilice así aprueban el I485

hi friend I have VAWA case pending 360 and I was travel last year to India and I came back to United States with the safe and now I came to India last June and then I was returning back to USA it was denied so I applied Redress Number and also FDL letter both, I got it and I booked your flight today from Hyderabad to Doha Doha to Dallas but still it was denied could you please help me? with the next steps

I’m a SIJS my priority date is 2021

Hi everyone, I had my asylum interview in June 2025, and since then I haven’t received any updates. My case status still simply says “Application is Pending.” Is there anyone here with a similar case who has been waiting this long after their asylum interview? Do you think the fact that there haven’t been any negative updates could be a good sign, or does it simply mean that the case is still pending? I would really appreciate hearing about anyone’s experience. 🙏

my asylum interview was in June 2025. And my tracker has not moved or updated yet, is this normal and has anyone received a decision without any updates in your tracker and is this a good sign?

I-485 filled on January 13,2026 from partially banned country. Case transferred to Chicago FO in March, 2026. Confirmed by Emma. NOID received on August 10,2026 asking for continuous maintenance of Status. We had several adjustment of status and change of status before FI/F2 status. Case Approved for principal and derivative (30 mins apart) on Oct 4, 2026 Thank God.

#751 #roc waiting since 2022 for 751 , and just 2025 I add divorce sertificate, why so too long and my lawyer says don’t apply N-400 yet , so is that potancial denied? I never apply inquiry. just called for adit stamp and got notification for Case Required USCIS To Send A Notice. is there anybody at the same boat ?

Case moved to NYC field office

My case has been moved to NYC field office(non-local) in Jul.28th 2026 and till today (Oct.3 2026) I still have not heard back any updates since the 04.24 biometrics record. Do you see NYC field office a longer processing agent in general? What shall I expect?
