waiting since 2022 for 751 , and just 2025 I add divorce sertificate, why so too long and my lawyer says don’t apply N-400 yet , so is that potancial denied? I never apply inquiry. just called for adit stamp and got notification for Case Required USCIS To Send A Notice. is there anybody at the same boat ?
Case moved to NYC field office
My case has been moved to NYC field office(non-local) in Jul.28th 2026 and till today (Oct.3 2026) I still have not heard back any updates since the 04.24 biometrics record. Do you see NYC field office a longer processing agent in general? What shall I expect?

Just staring this month and I realized lawfully now doesn't show the monthly grow for cases that we could see if this month the cases are being going ahead or just stuck. Now you have to pay for it.
it's not a complaint. just wanna to know if it was normal before or just my account with the amount of time I have it that had this change.

I have a question for anyone with a 2022 VAWA case. Last year I saw a lot of people with October and November 2022 filing dates saying their cases were approved. But recently, I’m seeing many people from the same months saying they are still waiting.
If you filed in 2022, especially October or November, can you please share your filing date and whether your case is still pending or approved? It would help us understand where USCIS is currently with 2022 cases. Thank you!

after returning my ead card with a letter of explanation because of a typographical error was made by uscis.
in February they destroy my card
now after waiting 8months i had to get my congressman involved
i just got messaged that uscis update my name after they misspelled my name.
