EB-1A I-140 Pending for Almost 1,000 Days – Anyone Similar? Hi everyone, I filed my EB-1A I-140 and I-485 concurrently on November 17, 2023, under regular processing at the Texas Service Center (SRC). My I-140 has now been pending for almost 1,000 days (nearly 33 months) with no RFE, NOID, or decision. In January 2026, my case was moved to ELIS, but I haven’t received any updates since then. Has anyone here experienced a similar delay with an EB-1A I-140, especially 800–1,000+ days? If so, what eventually happened — approval, RFE, NOID, or denial? I’m also interested in hearing from anyone who switched to Premium Processing after waiting this long. The uncertainty after almost three years has been very difficult, so I would really appreciate hearing about similar experiences. Thank you! 🙏

mistakes in i130, scared of denial
we submitted our i130 in January 2026 and realized a month later that the petitioner made a few mistakes on the form. we sent a cover letter correcting our mistakes. do you think we can be denied? our mistakes: Error 1 – Petitioner’s Parent Information (Page 3, Sections 24–35)   I mistakenly entered my wife’s parents’ information instead of my own. Please note that my mother is divorced and remarried, resulting in a legal name change.   Error 2 – Petitioner’s Address History (Page 2, Sections 13–15)   a few mistakes we made Error 3 – Petitioner’s Employment Information (Page 4, Section 42)     Employer 1 My employment status should've been listed as student but I put a past job by mistake Error 4 – Beneficiary’s Intended Address (Page 5, Other Address and Contact Information)   Section 12.a. should indicate “Same”, as the beneficiary intends to live with me but we left blank     Error 5 – Beneficiary’s Entry Information (Page 7, Section 46.a.)   The correct visa classification should be “B1/B2” rather than “UN – Unknown.” The beneficiary is a Canadian citizen who sees me on a visitor’s visa.
