silent update in my October or September 2026 I-485

where or all the people that got a silent update in October do u all thing we or next for approval or a back ground check September updated to there portal I had my interview for I-495 in March 18,2026 am waiting on decision to rendered nth yet

Hello did anyone stop getting prima facie renewals before their i360 approval? i360 filled may 2023 got prima facie renewals up until August of this year I go no renewal but case is still pending

Filed AOS in March-16th 2026 and still no updates on my i485 and i765. Every month there's only a Silent Update on both i485 and i485j. Anyone in the same situation? My dependent got EAD approved back in June.

Received a letter on FBI fingerprints

Hi, I received a letter on how my fingerprints are being used in conjunction with FBI for continuous vetting, how long after should I expect my RFE? I filed for VAWA in 2021 and was approved in 2024 and got a C-31 EADin November 2024. I have been waiting for medical exam RFE for I-485 since. Sent an application for C-31 EAD renewal in May 2026

N-400 (3-Year Rule) – 1 year since filing, is this still within normal processing time?

Hey everyone, I submitted my N-400 application a year ago under the 3 year marriage rule. I am not really worried because I know these cases take time, but I am curious about current timelines. My status has not changed in a few months. Is anyone else who applied around 12 months ago still waiting? For those who got their interview, how long did the whole process take? I would love to know if a 1 year wait is still normal or if I should send an inquiry. Thanks!

Hello Family, when we came US MY DAUGHTER WAS 9 and she is 18 now. then requested second time fingerprints. Our journey started with Vawa for years and at the end I was able to get my green card and applied for my daughter more than 2 years ago. Now we received fingerprints appointment again. For those who have their names changed when applying for N-400 whose field office is in Chicago, how was your experience? How long did it take for you to get scheduled for your judicial oath ceremony? Weighing my options whether I should change my name during the process or before I apply. I never officially changed my name in any of my legal documents my 10 year greencard still shows my maiden name.
