My i130 got approved today, I received a noid on June 7, sent everything on June 30, made a service request on September 6, tried to make another one last week, my husband contacted congresswomen and she sent everything 2 days ago. Today I got the approval, I am speechless, anyone knows how long it will take for my i485 be approved?

I got myself in some legal trouble just 2 weeks before my final interview in July 2021. When I got to the interview the interviewer look me in the eyes and told me he was gonna deny my case.
BUT, His plan and God’s plan were absolutely different, cuz I witnessed God approved my case 1.5 years later. I never gave up!

I-131 can anyone share their story while traveling with I-131 if they overstated their visa waiver program.
We will be traveling to Argentina for family emergency. I am sponsoring my mother, I am an American citizen. She overstayed her visa waiver program for an extremely long time (22 years to be exact), and was just recently approved for her I-131 (we are waiting for her adjustment of status, we filed I-130 and I-485; waiting on that approval) can anyone share their experience on traveling with I-131 after overstaying?
