I-130 approved, I-485 shows still RFE received
I filed concurrent filling , but received approval notice for I-130 but I-485 still showing RFE received since 6 months. I filled both together on sep 3, 2020 for my parents. I sent RFE on November 3, and it was received on December 1, which is last update on I-485. Anyone has any idea, please comment? thanks
Thank God everything is done and Approved
well I submitted my I175 for condition removal on February 14th 2019,the received it in February 27th 2020.my case was on processing for about 6months then I move from NYC to Minesota,I then change my address and requested my application moved from NYC to Minesota.my case was on processing for good 14months that’s exactly the i751 periodic time.
so luckily I was approved on April 27th 2021 in the morning then the next day the approval date change to April 29,2021.so lucky for me I had no biometric and pictures requirements,all I got was approved.I’m now waiting for my approval letter.
Goodluck to anybody who is in this situation that I came out from,dnt rush be patient and let them do their work hopefully u be saved so easily without any stress.

We arrived 20 minutes before they let us go in. We waited like 10 minutes then we were called together ; honestly the officer was really nice super friendly and he didn’t ask a lot questions he just asked about how we met? When? Where was pur wedding? And he asked us what usually we do both together in our free time and the regular I-485 questions. He asked for the exams and he asked if we wanted to give him more proof of our marriage so we gave him our taxes 2020, joint account, medical bills and affidavits. He laughed a lot much caus he couldn’t believe we do have 17 chihuahuas so we showed him pictures and he asked the names. He told since I was 2 years and half married I will get the unconditional Green card also he said he wants to see me in 3 years to apply to become a citizen and explained to me about change my name. Asked a the address and said they will mail the card to me. He walked with us until the door.

I want to thank our Lord for this wonderful and quick approval.. All forms submitted together and recieved by USCIS on August 21, 2020 and today we received our Green Card. In under 8 months from beginning to end..
