hey guys my AP and EAD got approved, I received the card it one daybefore Christmas😆 I’m so happy. now I’m waiting for them to schedule my interview. how long would did you take to be scheduled for your interview after receiving your AP and EAD? wishing the best for you all

AOAS case but back to original country
I apply for green card from restaurant until case I-140 approved but my lawyer said she send the wrong name. she already re-sent the right one document again but it takes a long time for about 3 years until covid19 problem. I decided back to my original country because my mom was sick and I didn't get the combo card to re-entry to the USA. I don't know after I am out of the country my case will be cancel or they can change from AOS to consular to interview at my original country or not. Because my friend said if I am out of the country by nothing such as combo card....it's hard to re-entry or my case will be cancel automatic Thank you so much for your answer.

Hi guys I’m worried abt my AP it approved on the 22nd and I’m planning on traveling abroad on the 30th of Dec 🥶😭 I don’t know if it will get to me by time bcoz it’s gonna b delivered in my lawyers offices first

On Dec 23, 2021, it says that the case is approved
