Received an email today that an action was taken. Checked case on My USCIS and it had the same status. BUT, there was an approval document attached.

Received email today 11/04/2022 at 6:18am (NY time) that said: "We have taken an action on your case. Sign in to view your case status"
Case status hasn't been updated to approved but the approval letter dated 11/03/2022 was found in the Documents section.
My husband is abroad, so now we move onto the NVC stage and then the Embassy.
Step 1 of 3 done. This was an excruciating wait, but now my family and I are rejoicing with happiness.
PD. The lawfully app hasn't updated my timeline yet.

Green Card
I have arrived in the US on 7 October 2022. I made the payment for green card on 20 September 2022. If I track my case, it shows that they have receivedy my payment and I will get the green card within 90 days of payment or arrival to the US.
How long are they taking to deliver the green cards? I need to travel outside the US and I need it ASAP.😔😔

Applied in Feb 2022 (concurrent filing with I-140 under premium processing). Filed medical report with the application. RFE during I-140 regarding job role. No RFE for I-485.
