Good morning everyone. My marriage green card is approved. I filled. I-130, I-485 and I- 765
Good afternoon my community. you help me so much while sharing with us your experiences and timeline. Now it's time for me to come back to the community by sharing my timeline and my experience with all of you guys. PD: January 28, 2021 Bio reused: March 18, 2021 RFE : April 27, 2021 RFE received: May 14, 2021 Case ready to schedule for an interview: July 28, 2021 EAD approved: Sept 27, 2021 EAD received: October 5, 2021 Interview scheduled: November 03, 2021 Interview date: January 10, 2022 Ps: since then interview date canceled and rescheduled twice. Interview completed: March 1, 2022 my interview was very easy. The officer was so nice with us. She asked us simple questions like names, address of my spouse, etc... I encourage you to keep faith in God and everything is going well for you. I hope my timeline and my experience are going to help you and keep you motivated guys. Thank you for helping me so much ! n400 timeline
Good afternoon everyone, greetings from NJ. I just finished my n400 interview at the Newark field office, and attended the oath ceremony on the same day. The interview was fairly easy and straightforward for me, however, the entire process was undoubtly shitty. I filed in Nov of 2020, didn’t hear back until last Sept, interview was initially scheduled on Nov, got a call the day before the interview and was told that my interview was canceled, later the same day I received the cancelation notice. A week later, the second interview was scheduled for Jan, 2022, by the time I arrived to the office, the interview officer indicated that they have not received my file yet and will contact me once they do. It was extremly furstrating until I got a call last week directly from the officer who saw me, made an appointment for a week later. Everything moved smoothly after this. I hope my experience could provide some insightful information to the people who might be stucking in the same situation. It is a long and exhausting process but there is always hope. At one point I was almost certain that this interview won’t end well for me for some reasons, and I struggled with my mental health significantly. Lastly, good luck everyone! this shit sucks but there is always light.

Employment green card without interview

I had no interviews, I was asked for employment (EB2) You helped me a lot in the process by sharing your time, so I thank you for your help and support. ATLANTA OFFICE -GEORGIA -Priority date: October 2020 -Receipt of notice: February 2021 -Footprints: March 2021 -Expedited to advance the work permit: June 2021 -Work permit: August 2021 -Adjustment of status approved (without interview): March 2022. Two nights ago I gave my residence to God from my heart and he heard my prayer, I understand that one gets desperate but keep in prayer and faith.
