My case has been rejected since 9/8/2021 I haven't received any email. Until I kept waiting for my AED and was unable to call USCIS. Recently I called USCIS. They told me my case was rejected a long time ago. and have contacted but i didn't reply so let me do it again without additional payment I filed a new one on 4/20/2022 and today my status has changed. I'm so excited thank god

Filled N400 while I751 pending.
during the interview, the office invited full family including our 2 year old child. officer was really nice and conducted I751 interview first. spouse was allowed to talk. once she was Done with I 751 interview, officer requested the spouse to keep quiet. Than she conducted the N400 interview which went smoothly finally she approved both I 751 and N400.

what to do with lawfully diamond points if your case it approved?
My case is approved and closed. I have 69 diamond points in lawfully that I don't need anymore. I don't mind giving it to anyone, but I do I give it away?

birth certificate
My mother is born in the year 1954. she is from India and the district administration do not have her birth record in their system.
she has her school passing certificate with birth date and place of birth. But we are not able to get the birth certificate.
Can anyone please guide what to do and what all other documents we need?

i485 approved but immigration visa still on refused status at US Embassy
Hi everyone, I am so confused
our i485 is already approved but immigration visa still on refused status due to 221g
i contacted the CIS ombudsman and explained everything that the USCIS still haven’t retrieved the i130 approved petition from the US embassy in Seoul Korea, they helped us with our issue on AOS so now we got the i485 approved and card mailed but when I checked CEAC our visa processing is still on refused status. Does anybody have the same situation? please help me TIA

I just want to say thank you to everyone! Thank you for answering my questions and taking time to read on my posts. It’s been a tough wait from application to approval. I remember to be checking this app on a regular basis for any updates and to somehow lessen the anxiety of waiting.
I came in on an ESTA and it was an unplanned thing to stay in the US to get married. I thought I was making a mistake because I read so many posts that it might be risky but with all the travel bans, we just gambled anyway. I personally didn’t expect that it will only take around 4-5 months for our case to be approved. It went quicker than expected. It was difficult having no work during the wait because I was used to working a lot. I spent the months exercising, reading and watching movies. I guess you just need to be patient and do what you can control. I guess God works in mysterious ways that the experience taught me to trust the process and be patient. After everything, we are very grateful about the outcome.
I hope you will have yours too soon! Do not lose hope. Let’s pray for it. God bless everyone.
