Hi Did anyone get 2nd update today after 1st notice of transfer to another office last Friday?
We have nkt received the notice lettert yet. It seems the transfer processing is fast.
We are so anxious to know what the office for Jurisdication is?
Here is the update in my USCIS account-
May 2, 2022 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
April 29, 2022 Your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was transferred to another office for processing.
0505 upsated by receiving Transfer Notice.

In order to speed up processing, we transferred the application or petition ("your case") listed above to the following USCIS office for processing:
NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER, P.O. BOX 648005, LEE'S SUMMIT, MO 64064
That office will notify you in writing when they make decision on your case or if they need additional information.

GOT GC a after misdemeanor
i got my GC ever after a misdemeanor . don’t loose hope .
been 16 years and we do the right thing .
a case was dmissied . yet officer asked basic questions .
only asked me which year the incident occurred , show your tax returns and basic all regular questions
nothing about my case -
after 2 humans half month my GC has been delivered

Finally! AOS New Card is Being Produced. Brooklyn NY FO
PD 26 May 2021. I got an RFE for medical and a few other documents (which I already submitted with my initial application) at the beginning of April. I sent the required docs and RFE on the 16th and it got delivered to the Brooklyn FO on April 18th. 13 days after, my GC is finally being produced. It hasn’t been an easy ride but I’m grateful all the same. Also, I didn’t do any interview, got waived thankfully.

EB2 New Card is being produced after being transferred to NBC on March 22nd!
I started my green card process with my employer 3 years ago around July 2019 and PERM approved by Feb 2021.
So started my I140 and I485 concurrently on Mar 2021. I140 was approved right away with premium processing.
But I485 was pending for a while which was very exhausting.
- Biometric : August 2021
- Transferred from NSC to NBC : March 2022
- New Card is being produced : April 29 2022
How long should I expect to receive the actual card?

Affidavit of Support
Hello everyone!
I am currently gathering financial documents for my affidavit of support but I am a bit confused with the income requirement. I have a son and I will be sponsoring my husband so that means that my house hold is 3. The problem is that last year I worked only 6 months and I made a bit over 25k so theoretically I don’t meet the requirement. My issue is that my yearly salary is above 55k but since I worked 6 months I only reported half. What can I do in that case? Should I get a letter from my employer explain that I do meet the income requirements but I only worked half year? Or do I need a joint sponsor to match up my income?

Hello so I had my interview on Friday few minutes laters I checked the app and 485 says new card being produced and 130 interview completed must be reviewed until today the status for the 130 didn’t change, after how long will it change to approved? What happens next? Is this normal? Thanks in advance
