received both the same day, only 4 days from production to delivery.
interview also has been scheduled about 10 days before receiving AP/EAD approval.
I did do an expedite, and I’m assuming it worked. there is a chance that it just happened naturally, but I’m not sure

finally combo card approved
I just took my chances two days ago when I called USCIS to expedite my EAD. This morning I got an e-mail saying it's under review and now I got confirmation for combo card. Totally unexpected, but very happy to see it, especially after I missed a trip with my husband last month to Portugal and Netherlands. Now I can do the next trip to London in September.
Cheers USCIS, you've given me what I most needed right now. You can take your time with the GC now, SF office, but no more than 2 years please

finally approved! took so long!
finally, after staying for 5 yrs in this country on various visas (J1 renewed 3 times, O1 and then another O1), I received the notification that my case was approved today! hang in there all of you… good news will come soon…
