Police Clearance/ affidavit of support
Please at what point can you apply for the police clearance certificate. I130 got approved but less than 24hrs ago and we are yet to get case sent to nvc. I really want to get things done fast especially since pcc may take a while to get. Can I go ahead and get the pcc or wait till nvc stage. ? Also for the Aos is it better to get a cosponsor if the spouse is making the required income now but tax returns from past three years were not up to the requirement. #i130 #today #texas #ds260 #aos #pcc #approved
Eb-2 NIW approved with Premium Processing
My Eb2 NIW got approved with the premium processing. It was very quick. I think the $2500 is well worth it if you can afford. Good luck to everyone and please give me some advice on how I can move/speed up my i485 case ?? (filed concurrently in June 2021). It’s been 9 years since I last saw my family. Hope this ends soon. Finally!!
I filed N-600 for my daughter in February 5th. In her case timeline the biometrics appoiment does not appear, but took place in March 29. The same day the case changed to "case is being actively reviewed".
In August 5 I received an email saying "we have taken action in your case", but the uscis account doesn't show any update until today August 9. My daughter have the Oath Ceremony in two weeks!! 👏👏
