How much longer?
I filed for my husband on January 8th 2024 and it’s now been over a year and it still says Activly viewing case? It’s an I-130 through the National Benefits? Any idea on how long we have left?? We have 2 children and have been married since 2019? We just filed last year bc we finally had the money to do it. We used a lawyer. Anyone know how much longer an estimate or anything please!?
Over a year waiting for I-130?

He’s lived here since he was 14. No he or I didn’t know about the DACA program until it was too late. We have 2 kids and have been married since 2019? Anyone else have a similar situation with the I-130 through national benefits??

visa approved passport on my hand
i collected my passport today but just 1year visa stamp on it , we got married in 2022 march then we started our process in April 2022 , so I don't understand why 1 year visa will just issued to me .
my wife is an America I'm from nigeria who base in italy we got married in italy 🇮🇹 my medical was 27 January my interview date was 28 I just went to take my passport now but the visa inside is 1year please I want people to share their thought on it I need to understand why is it like that ...
