Anyone had any luck expediting a case due to surgery?
My wife is in the DR I am the petitioner filed a i130 and I'm just seeking information to see if anyone has had luck expediting there i-130 due to a invasive surgery that requires a liquid diet for 6 weeks also longer to recover. I have only received a receipt notice nothing more it's been about 7 months and there's been no movement but this medical surgery came up that is urgent and necessary.

Are Conditional GC holders that have their 2 year green card expired, BUT applied for renewal and have their extension letter being stopped from travelling back into the US with all the policies going on with Trump now?
