Hi everyone. I hope some of the experts can chime in here. so I guess after the 3rd confirmation that our case is at Seattle FO (non local), interview being waived and API still shows NBC under documents tab, I guess it is Seattle then. we had 2 silent updates to date. We submitted all required documentation. But I will be honest to say, it feels like only EB3 has action. You hardly ever see EB3 other ROW getting approved or is it just that it doesn’t get reported on the success rate? Does anyone know what the latest statistics are on how many visa numbers are left before the end of this fiscal year? PD 9/1/2021. waiting forever. RD 12/8/2025. electronic filed

I applied at the beginning of January and completed biometrics during the last week of January, but I’m still waiting for an interview notice. I’ve seen some February applicants already getting interviews.

I'm planning to visit South Korea soon using Advance Parole.
Since this is my first time traveling with a travel document, I'm not entirely sure what I need to present when re-entering the US.
Could you let me know what specific documents I should bring and have ready at immigration?

Hi everyone,
I have a question for those who have been through this.
Has anyone here ever received an I-485 interview notice while their I-360 still showed as pending (or before they ever received an I-360 approval notice)?
I recently received an interview notice for my I-485, but as far as I know, my I-360 is still pending. I’m trying to understand if this happened to anyone else and what the outcome was.
Also, if you’ve already attended your VAWA-based I-485 interview:
* What questions did the officer ask?
* Did they ask about the abuse or was it mostly about the I-485?
* Did they tell you at the interview whether your I-360 had been approved?
* How long was the interview?
* How long after the interview did you receive a decision?

i485 pending after approved i360
i have an approved vawa from a couple months ago and my i485 has been pending since 2022.
i called uscis today and they said they transefered my case from vermont to benefit center and an officer touched my case back in july 6th.
they also said it doesnt have any flags or anything it looked normal and some of my background checks are back.
what does all this mean?
Changing Lawyer Before International Travel
My case has been pending since Feb 2022 with no RFE or major update. I recently contacted my Congressman as well, but received the same general USCIS update.
My current lawyer is not responding promptly, so I’m considering changing attorneys. However, I’m planning to travel internationally in 1–2 months for about 45 days.
Is it safe to change lawyers before traveling? Once the new attorney files the required paperwork, will USCIS/CBP records show the new attorney during re-entry, or could my old attorney still appear?
Has anyone changed lawyers shortly before traveling while their case was pending?
