no I-130 or I-485 update Chicago field
it’s been 32 days post interview, interview went better than I thought. but no update, form I-130 says case is being actively reviewed and I-485 still has interview scheduled.
this has been stressful, considering the lady who interviewed us said we should be expecting a decision in a week or two! but it’s been 32 days!!!
Future PERM Filing with Employer B While Employed at Employer A
I am currently employed with Employer A and have an approved I-140 under the EB3 Skilled category. Can Employer B file a new EB2 PERM for me even if I am not working with them right now? Once the PERM is approved, would I need to switch to Employer B’s payroll in order to file the I-140?

38 days post interview in NYC and still waiting :(
I keep seeing posts from people who got their green cards so quickly, and it’s really frustrating. I’m a Canadian citizen, I’ve never overstayed, married to a USC with a super simple case. We had our interview on Aug 15 and our I130 was approved next day. my I131 has has no movement except received on PD date, despite having my I765 approved literally the day of my biometrics back in April. I honestly feel like it was overlooked.
anyone in the same boat? a friend of mine who applied a month before me got her AP and work approval card and had her I485 approved next day post interview on the same floor I had my interview two weeks earlier.

i-751 receipt number
So I entered use in CR1 and got the 2 years green card. USCIS use the same receipt number to send a reminder to file i-751. we applied and submitted i-751. are they going to use the same receipt number and status will be changing from reminder notice sent to something else like application received or they will send new receipt number?

please i am stuck at “eligibility was mailed” and i got the pf for the 5th time. RFE was asked on i-360 in nov 2022 based on good moral conduct and was submitted in dec 2022. please what next should i be expecting. Las PF received in may 2025 and will expire in nov 2025. please anyone on this page? and what should we be expecting next. thanks.
