May I ask how much longer it will take for my case to be transferred to the NVC? Is there any way to inquire or file a complaint regarding this delay with USCIS? My case is currently at the Potomac

Hello,
I travelled on Advance payrol , entry was smooth. they took me to secondary. didn’t ask any questions. took my photo and finger prints. stamp my passport. Done in 15 mins.
vawa still pending , combo card -c09.

I-130 Pending 2 Years After F2A → IR1 Upgrade
I need advice on my I-130 case. I’m the beneficiary living outside the U.S.; my husband is in the U.S. We filed on Nov 29, 2023 when he was a permanent resident (F2A). He became a U.S. citizen in Aug 2025 and I uploaded his naturalization certificate right away, but my case still says “Case Is Still Being Processed.” It’s now been 2 years with no updates.
