Finally the day has come. Yesterday we received i485 approvals for myself and wife. We are still waiting for a decision on our kid’s case which I heard from others that will take few more days so hopefully he gets it soon.

hey guys my pd 06/2022 and I do have deferred action but my work permit will expire in next year can I able to renew my work permit i heard that if you make enough money you can’t renew it

Hello Folks,
i have some inquiries regarding Green card processing and interview based on Approved asylum.
could anyone share their experience if they gone through the interview. the reason I am asking is, how the spouse Interview pans out since she/he is not primary applicant?
what this interview is all about? re-checking the country condition? cross checking to connect the dots of the initial Interview?
for learning purpose, I would love to know if anyone is willing to share.
ans can it be skipped by uscis if they find everything is accurate and on point?
