today I got my approval notice
THEY WROTE THIS
in addition;
USCiS has decided to place this case under deferred action. which is an administrative choice to give some cases lower priority for removal. therefore, uscis does not anticipate instituting action for removal at this time . Deferred action will remain in effect for a period of 15 months from the date of this notice, unless terminated earlier by uscis for reasonable case and upon appropriate notice.
what does that mean?
New Card is Being Produced
Current since Jan 1st 2024, 45 days after an inquiry that didn’t lead to much, 5 days after a service request that I assume led to a decision! It has been a long journey. I wish the best to everyone waiting!

Slowly going insane😔😔
Slowly going insane. I know it’s only been 154 days which compared to many isn’t much. but being on call 24/7, not being able to touch her or feel her it’s eating away. A 7000+ mile distance is real far + expensive to take trip weekly. I am now to the point where I am uploading record of calls, receipts of money sent via remitly now. She is struggling and I am struggling. I pray this pain ends soon and we can be happy. praying for the evrry single family that are also in the same situation. we will get through this. I am believing in the power of love to keep us strong and alive through this great ordeal! 😭😭❤️🙏🙏🙏

very stressful timeframe. i also get inspiration from this community and forced my lawyers to initiate service request (they did not believe it will change anything but i believe it did) ..
