how to connect to the uscis over the phone, I have being trying to talk to someone about my case and the call will just hangup with connect to an someone?

SSN arrived but EAD still pending
has anyone else experienced this ? No document of approval under document tab. My
progress tab changed from 2 weeks to 1 week, the same day I received my SSN (it says it was produced the 21 February one day after my biometrics) the 27 of February, tomorrow I complete one week since received my SSN card
