I-485 was approved after Mandamus filed and went through interview.
I tried congressional inquiry and USCIS e-request before, but both of them failed. Seems like only Mandamus working for them to render a decision.

Change of Addrss
I mailed out Ar-11 and a letter in Addition to Vermont for change my address somewhere in January. However, my rescent prima facie went to the old address. My brother luckily picked it up whilst moving out of the address. Has anybody experienced same and is there a way to correct this.
Also, I just did mail forwarding from the post office. The lady mentioned that not all mails letters qualify for mail forwarding and recommended I fix that from the sender. Thanks.

hi I applied for my husband I 130 on April 2023 inside us and 1485 he didn’t get any approval and he didn’t receive his green card yet. is anyone else has the same issue?

Any i-485 AOS approvals for applicants from 39 countries ?
Hello dear all,
I have seen recent movement on the cases of two friends of mine, even though they are nationals of countries subject to the "pause" imposed by USCIS, which is affecting 39 nations.
I would like to know if anyone here has recently seen movement on their file, or has even received final approval.

Hi everyone! Help with this question.
I’m from Venezuela and have a pending EB-2 NIW I-140. Since my priority date is current, I'm planning to file my I-485 and I-765. Will USCIS process and send the I-765 (EAD) even while the I-140 is still pending?
How many time expecte for EAD?
