Journey finally over. recieved RFE for birth certificate back in July and responded immediately. I-130 was approved in December. Filed emergency parole and was approved in February. A month plus later green card approved. Now waiting for shipment and delivery.

as anyone been through this can give some advice??? so my husband petitioned for his daughter and they want him to prove a bonafide relationship…we already submitted birth certificate and is citizenship…what else they need..can they really deny his biological daughter???
Lost ID for interview
Hello everyone. my wife lost her wallet which had her Identification documents like State ID in it. she is the US citizen. we have our interview in about two weeks and might not be able to receive the new card before then. Can she use her passport as a form of identification during the interview? Thanks
