Hi guys,
I am currently in school qualified for financial aid because of my Prima Facie. It expired about 3 weeks ago and I haven’t received another one yet. I need it for next semester and I was wondering if I can request it, if I don’t receive it soon?

RFE 😢
My priority date is May 20, 2023. It has been 11 months since then and I have recently received a Request for Evidence (RFE), although I have not yet received the hard copy. I am unsure of what the RFE will entail and I am curious to know if there are any statistics available on the approval rate after submitting an RFE.#RFE

So I had a ridiculous quick approval for my GC.
I did nothing special at all. We didnt send anything different to what everyone else has been. just a very very lucky approval.
PD was 2/9. Tx office.
No RFEs or interviews.

I just received my work authorisation and at the same time a i864 RFE came in.
my wife earns 30k a year and she’s only filed one tax return because we both came from the uk (she was born in the US)
I have a job offer for 70k annual would I be able to use that and support myself? as co sponsor?
