Is there a way to get an update from USCIS on my case?
Adjustment of status pending for 8 months now. 5 of those months have passed since priority date being current. Am I facing abnormal delay or is this part of general delays?

Be grateful what you have. if you feel low, give yourself sometime. Even if it doesn’t work, then don’t hesitate to cry some tears of relief inside your mind. I’m here to win and I’ll make it. No matter how hard I need to hit my head to break the stones. I will do it. You might get tired of running. It’s ok. But keep walking. even if it gets hard, then crawl yourself. But do not quit. Like your parents didn’t quit on you. Remeber your ain’t a looser. Use pain to crave the path of victory. Doesn’t matter what other says or thinks about you. What matters is what you think.
