Potential Green Card Approval
Hello,
I’m visiting my homeland of England next week and green card has been pending for a while now.
I’m wondering will I be able to re enter the US on my L-1B visa if my green card is approved while I’m in England.
Any advice would be great.

I-485 timeline after RRFE
Hello all,
I submitted my I-485 on Jan 09,2024 to Dallas, TX lockbox: National benefits center
PD: Jan 10,2023 EB2-NIW
I received RFE on birth certificate and I replied on March 09,2024. I don’t have any updates since then. based on my zip code my local FO is Charleston,SC.
BTW I already got I-765 approved on Feb 2024, but no updates on I-131 and I-485.
I have seen few approvals with Jan 2023 PDs. Anybody with similar timeline ? Thanks in advance!
