k-1 visa . I have been waiting for an OFC and VAC appointment for about 4 month , their has been no interview available only for the fingerprint and in order to schedule both have to be available.

I have received 3 separate emails we have taken actions emails 2 for my i130 and one for my i485 both cases are pending approval or interview to be scheduled after I have received 2 RFEs. I have spoken to Emma she said my cases were at the field office they are now sent back to the NBC. I have not seen an update on my online account as yet. what are the possibilities for my cases go back to the NBC whether physically or electronically I was under the impression the field office would have been the last steps. any thoughts?

I waited for one year to get my 130 actively reviewed. I thought there might be something wrong with it. I called and asked USCIS very often but nothing changed. however, it ended up just get reviewed and approved on the same day. just want to share the experience with people who has the same situation.
