Self petition - Template
Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I am about to apply for VAWA and am seeking some guidance on the self-petition process. Could anyone kindly share a sample self-petition or any resources/templates that could help me get started? I would greatly appreciate any advice or examples from those who have gone through this process.

Lately I’ve been more lost than never with what form have I submitted. I usually ask my lawyers and they say that I only have the I-140. but I’m pretty sure I signed way more than just this one.

my new attorney and I just send respond to the rfe
I sent a new evaluation saying that u was abuse mentally and emotionally and physically
I sent a pic of injury with date in it
a lot of text and threat
police report ( call harassment)
I hope they are enough the rfe was about more evidence about the abuse
did anyone had 2 rfe and get approved ?
and what i sent is it enough for them ?
