Good night vawa family. My expedite request was accepted Thank God 🙏🙏 I never sent my medical and also I didn’t send my son’s pictures and picture of his passport (he is my derivative on my I-360). Should I send it before USCIS request to avoid any delays on my case? thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏 Good luck to us all

Hello, i am in process of removal due to denied asylum and later dismissed appeal. Following with approved Prosecutorial Discretion for Joint motion with DHS/ICE. They filled with BIA on my behalf. Motion to reopen was received by BIA on 06/25/2024. How long it takes for the response on average? Could really take a whole year or longer as i saw someone said? Thank you.
