My i-485 status just got updated. I am unsure of it's good or bad. Anyone?
We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application. PLEASE NOTE: In the event that you have submitted a valid transfer of underlying basis request, then this Case Status Online message does not mean that USCIS has paused work on your application.
Our systems do not currently have the capability to automatically update the receipt of a transfer of underlying basis request or Supplement J at this time. The message will be updated in Case Status Online, however, after USCIS takes some other action on the adjustment of status application (for example, issuing a request for evidence, transferring the application between offices, or approving the application). hello everybody ,our I-140 was submitted May 2024( Nebraska ) and my I-1485 was submitted July 2024. both are pending.we have our finger print scheduled for next week. are this time line still fine ? is there anything I need to do ?
I am thinking to upgrade my I-140 to premium ( but do not have the fund currently) does anyone know how to navigate this situation?
