i got a rfe today, but i lil bit confused bcos in the listed evidence they asked :
• Documents showing joint ownership of property, such as mortgage agreements or payments, property titles, or property registrations;
• Lease(s) showing the same residence;
• Documents showing shared finances and obligations (such as joint bank accounts), credit card statements, telephone bills, gas bills, electric bills, water bills, other utility bills, joint income taxes, joint insurance policies, insurance policies where one spouse is the dependent of the other, etc.);
• Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to the spouses;
•Pictures of wedding and other events; or
• Sworn affidavits from others with personal knowledge, Each affidavit must have the full name, address, and date and place of birth of the person making the statement. It must also include his or her relationship, if any, to one or both spouses. Each affidavit must have complete information and details explaining how the person knows about the marriage. Each person making an affidavit may be required to testify before an immigration officer about the information in the affidavit. Affidavits should be supported, if possible, by one or more documents listed above as possible evidence.
the question is, do i still need to submit sworn affidavit if i have picture of my wedding and other events ? bcos in list number 5 they asked, pictures of wedding and other events ; or and then in below they write sworn affidavits and bla bla.. its like they dont need sworn affidavit if i have a proof of my photo wedding or other events
so i hope you guys can help me to answer this question ☹️

Missing Approval Notice
Anybody with this experience or can advise
My I-140 was approved but I never received my approval notice due to incorrect address. I am current but I need my approval notice to file for AOS. Can I file for AOS along side I-824 to request duplicate approval notice? or Do I need to wait until I get the duplicate approval notice to file AOS?

Feeling extremely grateful. It took 45 days to get the receipt notice, so considering that, ot took about 4 months total. Feeling very blessed.

Errors need to be corrected on the page of outside normal processing times.
after submitting the outside normal processing time request, it says that" Your receipt number does not match the form number and the form sub type selected, please enter the information again"
The issue is that the forms I enter therein are correct. Have you ever had this problem before?

Two weeks ago i got my status changed to actively being reviewed for second time, but no changes yet.
my congressman office reached out today to the uscis about my pending i 130 application, and they responded that ‘we are in queue, pending to be scheduled for Interview at a later date and time’.
Anyone suggestions or similar situation?

Hi everyone!
I came to the USA in 2020 on an H4 visa and successfully changed it to an F1 visa inland without going to India. After my approval of i539, I applied for divorced and got divorced done.
Now, I'm in my fourth semester of my master's program and I'm thinking about visit to India to see my mom. I'm eligible for Dropbox, so is now a good time to go and get visa approved? Or should I hold off until I get my OPT? Please advise
Note: my school is state university but not very high ranked & fee is 30k for 2 years
