3 different service centers
Hi, we had filed I-130 6 days ago for me and my 2 children under 21 yrs. In my husband’s USCIS account, it currently shows our cases are assigned in 3 different service centers. Mine is at California and my kids are at Texas and Vermont. Is that normal? How can they process related applications in 3 different centers?

Congresss has sent an inquiry to Lagos Emabassy and the White House done the same shortly after. Me and my husband is just waiting on a decision for months since our 2nd interview in June 2024. Does anyone know if I could file the Mandamus lawsuit on my own? To go through a lawyer again is not in my budget.

interview coming up in 5 days and we’re so nervous. we’ve been going over our important dates and milestones, but nervous that my husband will get anxiety or overwhelmed by questions (he’s 22 and overly shy)

Waiting for Oath ceremony
Hello everyone,
I completed my citizenship interview on October 29th at Newark field office. The officer was very friendly, and I successfully answered all six questions, along with the reading and writing portion. At the end, he asked a few yes or no questions. I also requested a name change during the application process, and the officer confirmed it. He mentioned that I would receive an update soon. Does anyone know how to check the federal court schedule for the oath ceremony?
