11/14/2024- Picked up passport and headed to America(my husbands point of entry was Fort Lauderdale, Florida… I was able to go with my husband to secondary inspection and he was not asked any questions the officer looked at her computer screen and handed my husband back his passport and informed him he can go anywhere in the world with the stamp inside his passport and she said welcome to America and we continued on to our final destination which was Texas).🙏🏽

B1/B2 visa after change in citizenship
Question below on behalf of my mother:
I am citizen of country X. I was originally born in country Y. I got married to someone in X and my husband faked my birth certificate and got me a passport for X. My husband just passed away recently due to cancer and my son and daughter live in the US.
I have visited US before on Y passport and said it was by birth on DS-160. Now I want to move back to X and get citizenship there by birth and give up my Y passport.
Will my B1/B2 visa be rejected if I apply again with new X passport? I know I can mention previous citizenship on DS-160 but I’m more concerned about the by birth issue.
