It's been 311 days and still its not under review,just a case was received and a receipt was sent status.Is it normal?How long do i need to wait for i130 to get approved?Did it happen to anyone or its just me?😬

PD june 2020, i dont received any interview instructions or letter of appointment. they responce to my public inquiry that they will have 60 days to response. its that good to wait for 60 days or i will have to do public inquiry again? thank you for the response. 30 days when they email me.

Still waiting for an interview appointment to be scheduled at the US embassy based in Cameroon.
Does anyone know the NVC wait time for scheduling interview after Case (I-130) approval from USCIS? it’s been a month that my case was documentarily approved by national visa center but I have not received interview date yet.

hello everyone I received a letter from uscis that my Travel document has been approved and will be receiving it in the mail soon. my question is my case was approved last year and my green card is not approved yet. can I still travel to Australia? just on the travel document. if yes has anyone been in the same situation please share your experience I really want to visit my sister in Australia

they said it will be faster If you apply for naturalization while I751 pending, but why this long??

I-751 Pending at National Records Center?
I applied for marriage based GC and accidentally got issued a 10-year green card (category IR6) instead of 2 conditional (our marriage was only at a year and half when the GC was issued).
Our lawyer recommended I keep the GC and apply for I-751 once the 2 years is done to avoid any potential issues in residency.
I applied for I751 back in Dec 2021 and application is still pending. When I got in contact with USCIS, they said my application went from Potomac service center to FO, then went to NRC (national records center). I tried chatting with an officer and was told my case is “within processing times and I should wait till Oct 2025 to inquire about my case”.
Any idea why my application will go to the National Records Center for no reason? did the officer accidentally think since I have IR6, I don’t need I-751? the case online just says “fingerprints applied to the case”. Any thoughts are appreciated! #i751
Approved I-140, but want to pursue I-130
Hi all,
i am on OPT and I have an approved I-140 and rightnow waiting for my priority date to become current and also was planning to get married soon.
I have an emergency and need to travel to my home country. if I travel, I won’t be able to come back because I don’t have stamping.
if I get married and get the travel document and later on, withdraw my I-130 application to pursue I-140 route. would that be a red flag?
also, I never intended to get a gc through marriage so me and my gf were not working on gathering/accumulating documents. How do I work around with that?
PS: just withdrawing the application, not the marriage.
