hi everyone
I got an RFIE for the form I-864, because me and my husband previously submitted the I-864EZ, and they said that we don’t qualify for that we have to use the I-864 they are asking to submit the form and supporting documents. the letter also showed steps in case we want to add a joint sponsor. now my question is should I add a joint sponsor or just submit what they are asking for and wait for the response, then go from there? PS he makes more than enough to meet their criteria. anybody in the same situation?
Vawa approved and after what ?
i didn’t get any notification since i got approved for VAWA anyone knows how long i still have to wait? i submitted both applications in the same time
