751 Removal of Conditions
submitted my 751 on dec 10, received by them dec 23rd on dec 31st the receipt letter was uploaded on system, extends green card for 48 mos in the meatime
still have to wait for processing but have the extension thank God!!

Shortly after my husband filed the I-130, he got ill and our focused switched. He passed Dec 2023. After which the I-130 was approved March 2024, I was still grieving and had no idea where or if the process could have continued. Finally with research in Aug I decided to get a lawyer and filed to convert my approved petition to I-360 and file I-765 & I-485 concurrently. it’s been a year since my husband passed and I was unable to see him laid to rest in our home country (his dying wish).
Sharing so others in similar situations and not sure how to proceed can get an idea of the timeline

Goodday everyone I received a message this morning on the app that my expedite request was approved for my I765 then just now when I checked it says case was transferred to a new office! my question is what’s next after getting that update and how long after to receive the eda even though it’s been 6months without getting a bio appointment🤔

Question, updating address
Hello everyone,
quick question,
When my wife and I started our I-130 process, we had one address but since then, she has moved. Our lawyer keeps telling us to not update the address since the system might detect an update and delay our process. She says that once they mail something we will also receive a virtual copy via email. so no need to update it right now.
Is it a good idea to update it or should we just wait like our lawyer advised?

My I485 has been transferred to El Paso which is non-local FO for me and sitting there since November 15 with no further updates after biometrics received.
