52 months waiting – Prima Facie & EAD expiring

April 2022 filer here. I’ve been waiting 52 months for my I-360 approval. My Prima Facie expires in September, and my work permit extension expires on September 13. I still haven’t received an approval. Is anyone else from early 2022 still waiting? Has anyone received another Prima Facie or a new work permit extension recently? 🙏

my pd is Dec 1 2022 and still no answer. and I've been seeing alot of people from 2023 getting approved and am wondering if I'm the only one left from 2022

My employer is asking for a guideline on when my green card will be granted, does anyone have ideas? Category: EB1-C (multinational executive) Location: Rest of World (Australia) Current status: L-1A Filing: I-140 + I-485 + I-765 filed concurrently Service Center: NBC, no field office transfer that I'm aware of Timeline: 02/06/2026 - Receipt date (IOE09355 block) 02/21/2026 - Biometrics appointment notice 03/12/2026 - Biometrics completed. Same day: 2× FTA0 on I-485, 3× FTA0 on I-765 05/01/2026 - Silent update on I-765 only (assuming this was the NGI re-vetting sweep). Nothing since 06/11/2026 - I-140 approved (PP, ability to pay RFE). Silent update on I-485 same day Nothing since. No RFE, no notices, no 3rd FTA0 Questions: - Should I expect to see a result before 2027? - What is the typical gap between I-140 approval and I-485 approval? - Is it normal to still be at NBC with no transfer at ~7 months, or should I be reading that as a bad sign? - How do you ask Emma if your interview has been waived? has anyone gotten an interview recently in the New Orleans Field office? I have spoken to a live agent a couple of times and they told me I’m in line for an interview, but have not heard anything yet. I moved my case from Columbus, Ohio to New Orleans, do you think this is contributing to the delay?

has anyone with the same timeline as mine received their approval? Why did they suddenly stop approving F2A cases? The last F2A approval I saw was in January, and now September is almost here, but they still don’t seem to be approving case.
