I-485 Interview
Hi everyone, I had my first interview last month in July , and now I received a notice for a second interview. Has anyone else experienced this before? My first interview was very well all the questions was answered correctly from I-485 application. they didn’t ask any questions outside of the I-485.
My asylum case was already granted by the immigration judge, and I had submitted my medical exam. During my first interview, the officer also told me that my medical was good.
Does anyone know why USCIS might schedule a second interview after the first one? If you’ve had a second interview, what was it like and did you need to bring any additional documents?
Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello everyone!
Has anyone gone for PP after waiting for a while in regular processing? would you please share your experience?
I’m asking because my PD is May/2025 (15 months), and as far as I can see, if I keep waiting for regular processing, God knows how much longer it’s going to take.
I know that if I go with PP, I have a good chance of receiving an RFE. But I’m willing to give it a try.
My concern is… I’ve been hearing that if you go with PP after waiting for a while in regular processing, the officer may not look favorably upon it, and it raises the chances of a denial.
Is that true?

Job Change
I’ve been working for the sponsor almost 3 years. My pd is also current and I’m single. CRP since 2023. I got a job offer for a skilled job.
Can I quit working for my sponsor and get a new job ?
If they just request medical RFE, it’ll be fine. However, if they interview me about paystubs in last 3
months and current job verification after I get a new job, I’ll be doomed.
I appreciate any comments.
