For those who filed an EB-3 Unsk/ OW petition in the first half of 2026, what is the current status of your EAD (I-765)?

i485 Interview (second time)
Today was my second interview and my first was in July. In the first interview, they only asked me questions related to i485. They called me for a second interview because they received instructions from head office that if the person still qualifies for Asylum, they have or not problem to go back to their country . they must go through the entire Asylum question again and as per officer this is mandatory for everyone in future to go through with this process. If anyone has an interview in the future, prepare yourself.Good luck
traveling inside the US
I applied for adjustment of status (I-485) in February 2026 while my J-1 hardship waiver (I-612) was still pending. My I-485 was denied in August because the J-1 waiver hasn’t been approved yet. While my I-485 was pending, I was able to get a valid Florida REAL ID.
I have a wedding in Texas and would be flying domestically from Florida to Houston and back. I have not received an NTA. Has anyone been in a similar situation and traveled domestically after an I-485 denial? Would you personally feel comfortable flying to Houston with a REAL ID?
