Pending L2 (Extension of Stay)
Is anybody in same boat with an Pending L2 Extension since July 2025. almost over 13 months now ???
Current processing time is 8 Months.
submitted Inquiry and a standard response “Case is Under further review”.
submitted congressional inquiry and “Case is under further review and is Pending Adjudication”
No ETA being provided , just taking forver.
i601a waiver
i submitted my i601a waiver on 12/13/2021 which they reveived in january 13,2021. on february 7th 2022 i went to my biometrics appointment. but on november of 2025 they updated in the system that my biometrics had been applied to my case. does that mean i should expect an approval soon? pleaseeeee God 🙏🙏🙏

I am vawa applicant from feb. 2023 and I send my ar11 change of address to Vermont service center on july 25 and was delivered to the vawa humanitarian division. Still i haven't sceen any update about this online or received anything yet. What should I do can someone please help me with this.

Has anyone here had their file transferred to Helena FO? I have the Eb3-Professional file, and if the information is correct, it was transferred to Helena on August 12th. We still haven't received an update. Is anyone else in the same situation? I would appreciate it if you could share your experiences. Thank you!

No update after 3rd FTA0
It’s been 3 months after the 3rd FTA0 and no decision yet. There was 5 silent updates within the first month after 3rd FTA0 and in the last 2 months, no silent update or anything whatsoever. status remains case is still being processed by uscis. EAD also pending for like 9 months now. Any idea/opinion on this?

VAWA Timeline: Still waiting for Prima Facie and EAD after biometrics

Here is my current timeline:
Filed (I-360, I-485, I-765): January 1, 2026
Biometrics Completed: February 6, 2026
It has been several months since my biometrics, but I have not received my Prima Facie determination (PFD) or my EAD card yet.
Is anyone with a similar filing timeline experiencing these delays? Does this indicate a potential issue, or are processing times running this slow lately?
I would appreciate any insights or shared timelines. Thank you!
